About the Event
With the theme of "Hope in Every Step", Lifeline Express is going to hold a charity run/walk event to raise funds for Lifeline Express hospital eye-train and its related blindness prevention works.
Lifeline Express Charity Run/Walk 2025, organized by Lifeline Express and in association with Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club, will be held on 29 November 2025 (Saturday) at the Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club.
Please take action to support for a good cause!

Participants will receive the event T-shirt and boarding pass starting November 14. For those who have chosen to use SF COD service, please check for delivery later. We encourage all participants to wear the event T-shirt on the event day to feel more involved and to increase the ambiance of the event.
Note: Participants are not allowed to bring/ display/ commit or attempt to commit any act which is in violation of the laws of HKSAR and the National Security Law governing HKSAR. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who commits any illegal acts. Should there be any disputes, the Organizer reserves the right to the final decision.
Lifeline Express sight saving mission was started by a hospital Eye-train in July 1997 to provide free surgery for underprivilege cataract patients in the mainland. Since then, the Eye-trains have helped restore sight for more than 243,000 patients. Other than the Eye-trains, Lifeline Express has also set up 96 Eye Centres in the mainland to train and enhance the competence of local eye doctors, so can benefit more patients with eye diseases.
Starting in 2024, Lifeline Express has launched a Free Fundus Eye Screening Program in Hong Kong. This program aims to raise public awareness of eye health and to facilitate early detection of eye diseases, as well as the prevention of permanent vision damage.

Firmly committed to giving back to the community, The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club has been actively engaging in different charitable initiatives. Through its Community Outreach and Charity Programme, the Club has organized and participated in a variety of social caring, sport promotion and wellness projects and events, extending support to the needy from different walks of life.
The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club has been working with Lifeline Express to co-organize the charity run / walk event since 2010. With an objective to raise funds for the hospital eye-trains, this annual event has always been a success, attracting more than 1,000 participants each year. Riding on such popularity, the Club and Lifeline Express will collaborate again in November this year.
